You must have authorization from your insurance company. If you have this coverage in your auto policy, you can process it through your insurer or request a reimbursement using the invoice we provide for the rental.

If the required documents are NOT provided, the replacement car rate will not apply under any circumstances. If you wish to bring your vehicle into the shop for repairs, you can take advantage of this benefit by presenting the repair order from the shop.

If the required documents are NOT provided, the replacement car rate will not apply under any circumstances. If you are waiting for your new vehicle from the dealership and would like a replacement car, you can request this benefit by presenting the dealership order.
