What a great experience. We came at a later hour and unfortunately no one was at the counter inside the hotel. The front desk called Enterprise for us and withing 20 minutes Alexsandro arrived from an neighbouring Enterprise location. He came with exactly the car we wanted (and most likely an upgrade I think as well as it was a brand new SUV). He brought all of the paperwork, was super efficient, ran our credit card walked us around the car and we were off. No issues with extra charges or over the top insurance costs etc. Was a really great experience. Would recommend and will definetly come back next time we are in CR. Thank you so much for making it a wonderful experience
