I had a great experience. Luis was very very helpful and responsive for all questions that I needed answered. I could not get in touch with the office via the normal phone number but could always count on Luis to answer my questions.

The whole experience renting with Luis was very pleasant. He was able to give us a ride in his shuttle service to and from the rent a car location. And he even returned my hat that I left in the car. We really appreciated renting from and highly recommend everyone else works with Luis and this enterprise location!!
