There was no rental agent when we arrived to pick up our car but that was ok. The lobby of the Hilton was comfortable and it was nice to relax and sip coffee after a long day of traveling. When the agent arrived she was very helpful and even suggested a great Soda in Liberia for breakfast. Returning the car was as easy as filling out the online form and dropping the key in the drop box. Had I known this beforehand I wouldn't have tried so hard to make the 5pm drop off time. The tires on the car were quite worn which is something we experienced at another rental agency when we last visited CR. If you plan to do much off-pavement driving it would be wise to inspect your rental's tires before leaving any rental agency.

Very pleased with the Enterprise employees and the vehicle. Great service and very friendly, very nice people. Check-in and check-out was easy and fast. Way better than a number of other rental car companies. Our past two experiences with Enterprise in Costa Rica been just as good. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Highly recommend this Enterprise, located conveniently in the Hilton (advise to stay here if have a later flight to avoid driving at night). Scarlette was absolutely amazing. I was in an accident 2hrs into my drive to Nosara, hit from behind. Scarlette helped me through a very stressful process where I was on the side of the road for hours, solo female traveler. Definitely get the FULL insurance through Enterprise, do not rely on CDW with your credit card (Amex etc). Will be back for next trip! My 4x4 Jimmy was perfect for trip. Thank you, Scarlette!
