Great option for a self-tour. We rented for 1 day and had no issues. Recommend getting the insurance to cover any unforeseen problems while on vacation. The pick-up times and drop-off times are a bit restrictive because there is only 1 person working at the Occidental Papagayo so the hours are limited, however, we were able to drop off after hours in the evening and leave the keys with the resort concierge. The woman at the office was great. She communicated well and is very friendly.
