PUERTO VIEJO LOCATION!!! Not sure why the ratings are SO low but I ALWAYS have a perfect experience every single time I rent from this location!!! The staff are friendly and always there to help me prompt when needed… I’ve had a flat tire and the showed up immediately. Also, they have never giving me an issue if I needed to trade the vehicle out for random reasons, one being that I rented a 4x2 and it wasn’t that great making up my hill so they allowed me to trade out for 4x4 with question!!! THIS IS A REAL REVIEW and I will continue using them every time I need a rental!!! Renacka B.
