Good experience, waited a total of 1min at the airport for the shuttle bus, the bus ride was like 3min and check in and easy and smooth! No surprise hidden costs and staff were helpful and pleasant. Drop off was also easy and smooth, we’d definitely rent from here again. Everything was great and no complaints! Pura Vida!

Best rental experience ever! The staff greeted us upon arrival and departure. Car was clean perfect for Costa Rica’s winding roads. We were 100% satisfied especially after hearing horror stories of other agencies in Costa Rica.

Excellent! Friendly staff for pickup and dropoff. Seamless free airport shuttle (no more than 5 min wait for us). Car was in excellent condition and they have an amazing selection of cool new Toyotas and Fords. Great option for anyone travelling itnernational looking for guaranteed great service and no gimmicks. Will def use again!

Service was absolutely fantastic. Five stars Check in and out took minutes. Unfortunately car was more expensive than quoted. I specifically reserved a small 4x4 and upon arrival I was told that price covers a small compact. In Costa Rica towards the coast you need a car with more ground clearance. I upgraded for an extra couple hundred. So overall everything is fantastic except price. I booked directly on company website with membership and company discount. It's disappointing that the car was downgraded without my knowledge and I had to play hundreds of dollars. At least service was absolutely 5 out of 5.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how well my rental experience was. I will admit, I was a bit nervous about renting a car in Costa Rica, based on everything I had seen...and yes, the roads and traffic can be stressful, but my experience with Enterprise was great. We did a "You Click, We Pick," and the Suzuki Jimny we got was the absolute perfect car for their roads. We did only need to fit 3 people plus luggage in it, which was good because it wouldn't have fit more. I would specifically like to mention that Jason at the SJO/Belen branch was amazing. We had to drop our cars off at 3:15am, and he was the kindest shuttle driver ever. I was nervous about having to get a shuttle that early in the morning, and he was so happy and cheerful and professional. The fact that you can get a shuttle to the airport at 3:15am at all was a blessing, but Jason made it even better.
