Our enterprise experience was very good. After we got through the SJO airport we spoke with the employee at the enterprise desk, he informed us where our shuttle was. We were then taken to the enterprise location, filling out the paperwork and paying for the rental was very quick and easy. The employee even gave us pointers on what kind of vehicle he recommended for the area we were traveling to and also recommended we get WiFi. The car was super clean and reliable we did not have any issues with it. Our only problem was that the WiFi box stopped working , but in the end we didn’t have to pay for it since we had issues. Returning the car was really fast and our shuttle to the airport was very punctual. Thank you Enterprise for your quickness, great service, and reliability!

Extremely easy to pick up the rental and return! All rental cars are offsite at SJO, but it was easy to walk up to the desk, give your name, and then they called the shuttle for you. There was no push for upcharge to insurance, but they did explain to you what you would be required to cover if you used your credit card insurance (which I did), not including the Costa Rica required liability insurance. Returning was also very easy. It's nice that they're open 24 hours, and the shuttle was already waiting when we returned! I will definitely rent from here again when I visit Costa Rica!
