Scarlette was outstanding. Her customer service was best in class, car worked great and I loved the convenience of being able to rent and return at the hotel. Thanks again Scarlette.

My experience with Enterprise in Costa Rica was great. I needed to move my reservation by a day on the day before and that was no problem. The car was in great condition and we had no problems other than our own navigation getting back to the hotel.

We had a great experience renting a car while staying at Secrets. We walked into the office and rented a car on the spot in very little time. The staff was helpful throughout the entire process. Parking for the car during the week was with the resort valet, which was included in the price. We were even able to drop off the car that the airport, so we didn't need to take a shuttle or taxi when leaving. It was great to get away from the resort for a couple of days and see more of the country.
